Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales / AGM professional to independently manage sales operations in the real estate sector. The candidate will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and driving business growth in the Tricity region.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads and convert prospects into clients across real estate sector.
- Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct engagement and negotiation.
- Market Knowledge: Leverage deep understanding of the Tricity region to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Business Development: Explore new avenues for growth and expand Cascade Buildtech’s footprint in Mohali and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in real estate, banking, automobile, or insurance.
- Strong knowledge of the Tricity region.
- Must own a car for client visits and travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience.
