Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
Maintain showroom standards including stock arrangement, cleanliness, and product presentation.
Ensure Visual Merchandising (VM) compliance as per guidelines. Conduct daily stock counts and support replenishment to maintain product availability.
Assist in customer outreach (tele-calling, follow-ups, promotional updates).
Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Store Manager.
Educate customers on new collections, product features, and offers. Provide after-sales support including warranty/exchange/service policy guidance.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to Store Manager/HO for improvement.
Maintain grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to store policies .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
