Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience, specifically in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles, including sales, operations, procurement, vendor management, and finance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across various departments.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and local databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and documentation.

Understand job requirements and create job postings accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
