HR MANAGER ARCADIA HOTELS & RESORTS
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain attendance and payroll records
Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance
Manage employee relations and performance
Coordinate training and development
Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR) or equivalent
5+ years of HR experience in hotels or the hospitality industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
