Key Responsibilities:-
Connect with potential corporate clients via phone and email to introduce MSV’s IT software, hardware services.
Handle incoming business queries, address client questions, and smoothly guide them through our service portfolio.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to follow up on marketing campaigns, nurturing warm leads into active business relationships.
Coordinate and schedule strategic business meetings/consultations between potential clients and team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing leads, resolve basic client queries, and build long-term professional rapport.
Track daily client interactions, feedback, and engagement metrics accurately using CRM tools or MS Excel.
Coordinate with the teams to assist with client alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of social media or CRM systems.
Professional demeanor, presentable appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, resilient attitude.
A basic understanding of or interest in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate communication.
