Position Summary
The Onsite Program Incharge serves as the key field-level coordinator and implementation lead for the Model Village initiative. This role is responsible for the execution, supervision, monitoring, and reporting of integrated rural development interventions across four core areas:
- Personal Development
- Social Development
- Economic Development
- Institutional Development
The candidate will collaborate directly with grassroots stakeholders including the Gram Panchayat, SHGs, youth groups, schools, farmers, government frontline workers, village committees (VEC, SMC, VHSNC), and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead day-to-day implementation of all village-level activities and prepare monthly/quarterly implementation plans.
- Community Mobilization: Organize community meetings, training sessions, workshops, and village events. Mobilize participation in Gram Sabha, health camps, and agriculture programs.
- Institutional Strengthening: Build and fortify local village institutions, including Self-Help Groups (SHGs), VECs, SMCs, and VHSNCs.
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise field staff, community volunteers, and project facilitators.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular monitoring visits, hold review meetings, support baseline surveys, and update MIS data.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous project records, beneficiary data, and monthly progress reports while documenting success stories and case studies.
- Liaison & Networking: Coordinate with government line departments, local frontline workers, and corporate CSR stakeholders for smooth project alignment.

- Field Execution: Proven expertise in community mobilization, participatory planning, and grassroots governance.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network across government bodies and village committees.
- Reporting: Proficient in project documentation, impact reporting, and using MS Office tools.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
