Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager - HR
Department: Human Resources

Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Regular MBA
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary inputs.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams.
- Generate payroll reports and salary statements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
