Office Administration Support Maintaining office files, documents, and records Preparing letters, notices, and official documents Data entry work and updating office records Managing photocopying, scanning, printing, and documentation 5. Record and Register Maintenance Maintaining attendance registers (staff/visitor) Keeping track of inward and outward documents Maintaining dispatch register and courier details . Stationery and Inventory Management Monitoring office stationery and consumable items Preparing requisition for required office supplies Maintaining proper record of issued stationery 7. Coordination and Support Coordinating with housekeeping, security, and other staff Supporting HR work like joining formalities, document collection (if assigned) Helping in event arrangements or office meetings 8. Basic Computer and Office Work Using MS Word, Excel, email, and printer systems Preparing reports, lists, and daily updates if needed Maintaining proper documentation in soft copy and hard copy 10.
