Job Description – Telecaller (Real Estate)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Preferred)
Location: Sainik farm, South Delhi

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about residential and commercial projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and location advantages.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
- Update customer information, call status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit progress updates to the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
