Role: Senior HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Any Qualification
- Minimum recruitment experience preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
- Laptop Mandatory
Compensation:
CTC: ₹12.5 LPA
In-Hand Salary: ₹82,500 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telesales and BPO requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and databases
- Deliver 3 qualified and immediate joiner candidates daily
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process
- Conduct and support candidate training sessions
- Ensure candidates successfully qualify for offer letters
- Track candidate performance and support them in achieving daily targets post-joining
- Maintain a backup pipeline of qualified candidates to manage dropouts and replacements
- Submit daily recruitment and hiring reports

Training & Performance Follow-up
Virtual Interview | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
