Site Supervisor (1–2 Years Experience)

Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be the on-ground link between design, clients, and execution teams. You’ll ensure that ARTECH projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and match the approved design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for residential and commercial interior projects
Manage carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes match approved drawings, BOQ and ARTECH standards
Read and interpret AutoCAD layouts, elevation drawings and 3D renders.
Monitor material delivery, inventory and wastage.
Ensure tasks are completed as per project schedule.
Required Skills:
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, 3D visuals and detail drawings
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Excel. SketchUp/Revit knowledge is a plus
Strong supervision, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Good communication in Malayalam + English/Hindi. Ability to lead workers and manage client expectations
Valid 2-wheeler license. Willing to travel across Ernakulam sites
Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI /B.Voc in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred
1 to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
