About RidenRepair
RidenRepair is a fast-growing vehicle service platform that connects customers with trusted mechanics for vehicle repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and mechanics for service bookings.
- Assign and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Track the status of ongoing service requests and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain MIS data.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
