- Handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, printers, scanners).
- Manage networking issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Support hospital software/EMR/HIS and resolve user issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of servers, CCTV, biometric, and PACS systems.
- Provide technical support to all departments on IT-related problems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data backup & security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, AMC, and service calls.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
