Role Overview
Sarv.com is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the
North India region. This role focuses on acquiring large enterprise clients and driving
adoption of cloud-based contact center (CCaaS) and communication solutions across
industries such as BFSI, eCommerce, logistics, healthcare, and fintech.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & Hunting
· Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and North
India
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and
referrals
· Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → proposal →
negotiation → closure
2. Solution Selling – CCaaS & CX Platforms
· Sell and position Sarv.com’s offerings:
o Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS)
o IVR & Intelligent Call Routing
o Predictive Dialer & Outbound Automation
o AI Voice Bots & Chatbots
o Omnichannel Communication (Voice, WhatsApp, Email, Chat)
o CRM & API Integrations
· Understand customer pain points and propose tailored CX transformation solutions
3. Enterprise Stakeholder Management
· Engage with CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, IT Leaders, and Operations
Heads
· Act as a strategic advisor for digital transformation and customer engagement
initiatives
4. Account Management & Revenue Growth
· Manage and grow key enterprise accounts
· Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product suite
· Ensure long-term client relationships and retention
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams
· Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings
Key Requirements
Experience
· 5–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
· Proven experience in selling SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or CX solutions
· Experience in North India enterprise market preferred
Skills
· Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
· Deep understanding of contact center technologies and CX ecosystem
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills
· Strong presentation and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
· Existing relationships with enterprise clients in NCR region
· Experience working with industries like BFSI, eCommerce, or fintech
· Exposure to cloud communication platforms

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
