Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate project activities across different states and locations in India.
- Supervise and support field teams, facilitators, and project coordinators.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR partners, NGOs, schools, government stakeholders, and community representatives.
- Ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and milestones.
- Prepare project reports, impact assessments, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Conduct field visits and travel extensively for project implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify challenges proactively and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and community groups.
- Experience in planning and developing social impact and public health projects.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the social development, NGO, CSR, or public health sector.
- Prior experience working on CSR-funded projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams independently.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
- Comfortable conducting field visits, trainings, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
