We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and student-focused Hindi teacher who can also support to oversee hostel operations and teach Hindi to students of grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring student welfare, maintaining hostel discipline, and delivering effective Hindi instruction.
Key Responsibilities – Resident Faculty (Hindi)
- Deliver effective Hindi instruction for students of the assigned grades, ensuring curriculum completion and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to residential students, supporting their academic progress, study habits, and personal development.
- Supervise students during residential hours, ensuring discipline, safety, well-being, and adherence to campus regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and school leadership regarding student progress, behavior, welfare, and any concerns.
- Plan, conduct, and assess classroom activities, including lesson preparation, assignments, examinations, and remedial support where required.
- Create a positive residential environment that promotes respect, responsibility, inclusiveness, and holistic student development.
- Handle student welfare matters and emergencies, providing timely support, guidance, and appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to student attendance, academic performance, residential observations, leave requests, and incident management.
- Support school and residential programs, including co-curricular activities, cultural events, assemblies, educational trips, and student enrichment initiative
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Hindi.
- Experience in hostel administration or residential school environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and student management skills.
- Ability to stay on campus and manage hostel responsibilities effectively.
