Job Summary
Kretoss Technology is seeking a proactive and result-oriented IT Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in managing software development and IT service projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring high client satisfaction and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development and IT service projects.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to clients and senior management.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and project plans.
- Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
- Facilitate requirement discussions and client meetings.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing project estimations and technical coordination.
