Job Description (JD) – Lead Generation Executive Industry: Cable Tie Manufacturing Location: Odhav,Ahmedabad Department: Sales & Marketing Position: Lead Generation Executive Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for our Cable Tie Manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, social media, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients. Contact potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential. Schedule meetings and product presentations for the sales team. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and internet research. Experience in cold calling and email marketing. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage. Preferred Industry Experience Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electrical accessories, cable management products, hardware, or B2B sales
