Role Overview
As a BDR, you will support the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and building initial relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, technology, and business growth with hands-on exposure to SaaS based enterprise sales processes.
You will, interact with potential customers, and help drive the pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Research, identify and generate new business pipeline across targeted industries and territories primarily through prospecting outbound leads and opportunities through such as email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and calls.
· Researching and understanding various lines of business and identifying personas / key decision-makers within new accounts via secondary research and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory via outbound cold calling in assigned territory.
· Nurture early-stage leads and opportunities
· Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
· Assist in scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
· Participate in sales campaigns and marketing outreach initiatives.
· Understand the basics of CRM, cloud computing, and SaaS solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and pre-sales to support lead generation activities.
· Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
· Ability to showcase Dealermatix value proposition and win customers against competition
Requirements
· 2-4 years of Experience in enterprise business development, sales or related field experience.
· Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done
· Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
· Coachable and enjoys learning in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
· High motivation, resilience, positive attitude, and ambition at Sales Roles
· Very strong communication skills and presentation skill with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
· Strong business acumen, Attention to detail, interest in technology and how it’s shaping businesses.

· Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
· Willingness to advance in our organisation by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.
· Basic understanding of technology, CRM, or cloud solutions is a plus.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or digital prospecting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
