Eureka windows is hiring for Maintenance Shift Incharge - UPVC Extrusion for Bangalore .
Experience - 2 to 6 years.
ctc - 3.5 - 5 Lacs.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge in Mechanical + Electrical maintenance.
Job Roles:
- Manage complete shift maintenance operations and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Attend and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns.
- Handle maintenance of UPVC extrusion machines, mixers, cooling systems, cutting equipment and allied machinery.
- Execute and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Production for quick breakdown resolution and machine start-up.
- Supervise and allocate work to maintenance technicians/helpers.
- Monitor critical machine parameters and identify potential failures before breakdowns.
- Maintain shift-wise records of breakdowns, downtime, PM, spares and pending jobs.
- Support RCA/CAPA for recurring machine failures.
- Ensure availability of critical spares, tools and maintenance consumables.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, motors, sensors, control panels and electrical systems.
- Maintain plant utilities including compressors, pumps, cooling systems, DG and electrical panels.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, LOTO and maintenance procedures.
- Properly hand over pending maintenance issues to the next shift.
