Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Oversight: Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Track project KPIs to ensure delivery on schedule. [1, 2]
- Site Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) controls. Conduct regular quality inspections, verify contractor bills, and maintain QA/QC records.
- Risk Management: Detect potential hazards or technical discrepancies early and develop immediate mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an applicable Engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design tools like AutoCAD and project tracking software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills for stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
