Identify and track tender opportunities from Government, PSU, and Private Sector portals. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines. Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial, and compliance requirements. Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and bid conditions. Prepare costing sheets, commercial bids, and supporting documentation. Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, BGs, and contract documents. Liaise with clients and authorities for tender-related clarifications. Monitor tender results and support contract execution teams during project handover. Key Skills: Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and various tender portals. Strong understanding of bidding processes, contract terms, and commercial documentation. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Preferred Industry Experience: Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Transportation, Facility Management, Hospitality, Fleet Management, or EPC Projects.
