Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and well-mannered Personal Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for the Founder / Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, good knowledge of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai routes, and maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive the Founder / Director for office visits, meetings, site visits, and personal requirements.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop as per the daily schedule.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, hygienic, and excellent condition.
- Check fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, and basic vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving practices.
- Plan routes considering traffic conditions and alternate routes.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding professional and personal matters.
- Assist with luggage, documents, parcels, or other requirements whenever needed.
- Maintain proper discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour.
Requirements:
- Valid LMV Driving License.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Personal Driver / Company Driver (experience with senior executives preferred).
- Good knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & nearby locations.
- Clean driving record with safe driving habits.
- Well-groomed, polite, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Flexible with working hours as per Director’s schedule.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Professional attitude and respectful behaviour.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
