We are seeking a charismatic, highly skilled, and ethically-driven Hypnotism Instructor to launch our brand-new hypnosis program. The successful candidate will transition from practitioner to educator, responsible for designing and delivering a curriculum that covers the history, theory, and practical application of hypnotic induction. Whether the focus is clinical hypnotherapy or performance-based suggestion, you will be the face of our new department.
Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive lesson plans, student manuals, and practical assessment rubrics.
* Instruction: Lead engaging lectures and live demonstrations of induction techniques, deepening, and rapid trance states.
* Safety & Ethics: Instill a deep understanding of the "Informed Consent" process and the psychological safeguards necessary when navigating the subconscious.
* Student Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching during student-to-student practice sessions to ensure proper technique and "abreaction" management.
* Lab Oversight: Manage the classroom environment to ensure a quiet, professional, and conducive atmosphere for altered states of consciousness.
Qualification Requirements
1. Certification & Education
Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHT): Must hold a valid certification from a recognized body (e.g., National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), or equivalent).
Advanced Degree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Teaching Experience: At least 1 years of experience in adult education, public speaking, or corporate training.
