Draft, review, and execute Leave & License and commercial lease agreements.Facilitate agreement registration and calculate/process applicable stamp duty in compliance with Maharashtra state laws.Maintain accurate records of lock-in periods, notice periods, and lease renewals.
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants to resolve leasing and occupancy queries.
Accounting & Taxation (GST & TDS), Manage end-to-end billing, including the generation and dispatch of rent invoices and maintenance bills.
Maintenance Calculate with payment to society and track monthly maintenance charges, utility bills, and common area maintenance (CAM) fees.Track and process vendor invoice & payment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
