Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Understand candidate requirements and explain our programs and services.
- Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
