Job Responsibilities – Kobelco Service Engineer
- Carry out installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting of Kobelco excavators at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution to minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for parts requirement, warranty claims, and service documentation.
- Maintain service reports, machine inspection records, and submit daily service updates through the company's reporting system.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying service and AMC opportunities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
