We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Support Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and English, with strong communication and persuasion skills. Note - Nagercoil peoples only
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and messages across phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to share new arrivals, offers, and restocks
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into purchases
- Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain and update customer records on Google Sheets and Shopify
- Coordinate with store teams on deliveries, exchanges, and product availability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or a similar calling role
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, warm, and confident
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up without being pushy
- Good with basic computer tasks — Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp
- Patient and empathetic — our customers are new and expecting parents
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage a high volume of daily interactions
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
