Key Responsibilities
- Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Target Achievement: Ensure assigned sales targets for specific financial products are met or exceeded.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance product penetration and retention, and potentially manage key lending partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports and forecasts for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to improve sales processes, align strategies, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Significant sales and business development experience, preferably within the financial services/fintech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial services products in a retail context, such as insurance, credit cards, and secured loans (Home Loan/LAP).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi are often required for customer and internal stakeholder interaction.
