Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 2 years to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Please note:- Experience in hr field is required for client acquisition.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
