We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that may require websites, web applications, mobile apps, CRM systems, ERP solutions, or custom software.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold Calling
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Local Business Directories
- Networking Events
- Referrals
- Contact business owners, decision-makers, and managers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects.
- Maintain lead records and sales activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the development team to understand client requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Understanding of website development, software development, or IT services.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email outreach.
- Ability to independently generate and qualify leads.
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling websites, software, digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services.
- Existing local business network is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
