Job Description:
What you will do:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Nurture client relationships to support long-term partnerships and revenue retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand needs, share updates, and maintain engagement.
- Maintain and regularly update the database with accurate client information, communication history, and pipeline status.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize regularly to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, legal, and support) to improve workflows and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, delivery issues, or revenue inefficiencies.
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to ensure accurate mapping, efficient routing across endpoints, and improved delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing & related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing (internships or part-time experience included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and creativity.
