- Oversees the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of major company initiatives
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and proper allocation of resources
- Track and review project progress, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring satisfaction
