- Prepare, type, format, and maintain company documents, reports, letters, agreements, and project-related files.
- Manage both physical and digital documentation systems.
- Maintain proper records of project documents, approvals, drawings, agreements, invoices, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, clients, and vendors for document collection and submission.
- Handle document scanning, printing, photocopying, and archiving activities.
- Track incoming and outgoing documents and maintain document registers.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company documents.
- Support administrative and back-office operations whenever required.
