We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making/receiving calls to prospective or existing customers, promoting, resolving queries, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator with a persuasive and patient approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or concerns
- Persuade customers by highlighting product benefits and features
- Follow the calling script/pitch while adapting naturally to customer responses
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and target quotas (leads generated, calls made, conversions)
- Handle objections and complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/kannada/ telegu/tamil]
- Clear, pleasant, and confident telephone voice
- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service preferred (0–2 years); freshers may also apply
- Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Ready to relocate

- Prior experience in BPO, call center, or telesales
- Patience and ability to manage repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of sales/customer service processes
- Multilingual ability is a plus
