Position : Counter Salesgirl
Reporting to : Store Manager
Work Location : Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Ø Greeting customers as and when they enter the store.
Ø Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
Ø Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
Ø Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
Ø Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
Ø Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
Ø Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
Ø Checking the store inventory and reporting it to the Sales Manager.
Ø Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Ø Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
Ø Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
Ø Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
Ø Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
Ø Performing daily inspection of store and inventory room.
