Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and acquire industrial customers.
- Visit industries, EPC contractors, electrical consultants & dealers.
- Identify transformer/electrical product requirements and project opportunities.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiation and order closure.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales.
- Experience in transformers, switchgear, panels, cables or electrical products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
- Willing to travel; two-wheeler & valid driving licence mandatory.
- Gujarati, Hindi & English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹10,819.57 - ₹31,192.20 per month
