Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain banking and financial products/services to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager and sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Build strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, banking, financial services or DSA preferred
✅ Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
✅ Good customer-handling and convincing skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Self-motivated and willing to learn
