Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out with a minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing high-end interior fit-out projects across Corporate Offices, Retail Spaces, Luxury Residences, Hospitality, and Commercial Developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
The candidate should be willing to travel extensively to project sites and possess hands-on experience in civil works, interior finishes, MEP coordination, procurement, costing, tendering, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Lead and manage complete interior fit-out projects from planning through execution, handover, and project closeout.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical & Execution
Strong understanding of:
- Civil construction
- Interior fit-out works
- MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- HVAC coordination
- False ceiling systems
- Flooring and wall finishes
- Joinery and custom furniture
- Glass, metal, and stone works
- Fire & life safety systems
- Review drawings and specifications for constructability.
- Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
BOQ, Costing & Tendering
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Analyze project costs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor/vendor quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets and control cost overruns.
- Prepare variation orders and cost reconciliation reports.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify and onboard qualified vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate procurement of materials while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and contractual compliance.
- Optimize procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and present progress reports.
- Understand client expectations and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, and execution teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Track project milestones and key performance indicators.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and company standards.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
Documentation
- Maintain complete project documentation, including:
- BOQs
- Contracts
- Work orders
- Material approvals
- Shop drawings
- RFIs
- Progress reports
- Cost reports
- Final handover documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience in:

- High-end turnkey interior execution
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
