We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in English communication, particularly with American clients, and will be mainly responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing client support. They must have a passion for helping others and be great at problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for our American clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service
· Assist clients with the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and addressing any queries or concerns
· Provide regular servicing to clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
· Handle any other client-related duties or any other administrative duties as assigned by the management, including helping with recruitment and training
· Maintain compliance, complete work in a timely manner, and report to the Manager(s) promptly
· Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation
· Manage the efficient operation and appropriate support of all business functions
· Answer incoming calls, provide client/customer service with empathy and document messages
· Maintain communication with various parties over the phone or by email
· Represent the Company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
· IT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization
· Mentor new colleagues when needed to efficiently perform all assigned tasks
· Support marketing efforts and continue to grow personally and professionally in the business
Qualifications:
· MBA or equivalent preferred but bachelor's degree is mandatory.
· Minimum of 5 years of international/US customer service or client servicing experience.
· Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
· Strong people skills and negotiation skills when required
· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience in the US staffing industry is preferred
· Knowledge of onboarding processes and client relationship management is preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timing.
· Willingness to learn and passion for helping others
Compensation/ Benefits:
