Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales operations, reporting, client communication, and coordination activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong Advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage client interactions professionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Coordination
- Handling client communication through calls, emails, and meetings in a professional manner.
- Coordinating with internal departments for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Following up with leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales-related documents.Reporting & Data Management
- Preparing and maintaining daily sales reports, MIS reports, and business data using Advanced Excel.
- Managing client databases, sales records, and follow-up trackers accurately.
- Analyzing sales data and generating periodic reports for management.
- Maintaining organized documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
- Sales Operations Support
- Managing scheduling, meeting coordination, and sales pipeline updates.
- Ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and timely communication.
- Coordinating with teams for operational and sales-related activities.
- Supporting management with business reporting and analysis requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination / Business Development.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with strong professional communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Reporting, and Basic Formulas.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Professional email drafting and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
