Job description:
Key Responsibilities
· Identify QA/QC non compliance
· Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the project execution
· Ensure all SOPs are properly followed
· Carry out material inspection and testing when required, as per FMG protocols
· Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, inspection records, NCRs during various stages of project execution
Required Experience
· Experience: Minimum 3 years experience on construction projects
· Type of companies/ sector worked for: Construction – Concrete
· Strong technical understanding of concrete behavior and quality benchmarks
· Hands-on experience with concrete testing, mix design evaluation, and site inspection
· Exposure to quality testing procedures and standards for concrete
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
· Strong documentation and compliance orientation
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills & Knowledge
· BE Civil in Civil Engineering with sound QA/QC exposure
· Technical depth in concrete technology and related field practices
