ABOUT PROCURE HOSPITALITY
Procure Hospitality is a contract manufacturing partner for the US hotel industry. We are not a sourcing company. We are not purchasing agents. We go direct to factories, control quality from day one, and manage everything from design to delivery — no intermediaries, no guesswork.
With 300+ completed hotel projects across brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, and Choice Hotels, we have built a global manufacturing network with our own people on the ground at every stage — from shop drawings to final installation.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Sales Representative based in India to generate new business leads in the US hotel market. Your job is to identify hotel owners, management companies, developers, and renovation projects that need FF&E manufacturing and get them on a call with our US team.
This is a pure outbound hunting role. You will cold call, cold email, and prospect your way into conversations with decision-makers. You will not manage existing accounts or handle inbound inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of US hotel owners, management companies, hospitality developers, and PIP (Property Improvement Plan) renovation projects requiring FF&E manufacturing.
- Execute 40–60 cold calls per day to US-based prospects using RingCentral with a US caller ID.
- Send personalized cold email sequences to decision-makers including owners, VPs of Operations, asset managers, and project managers, and follow up systematically.
- Track the four key triggers: Hotel sales, Brand license renewals, Brand conversions, PIP mandates
- Qualify leads based on project scope, timeline, brand affiliation, and requirements.
- Book discovery calls and meetings for the Procure Hospitality team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho CRM — every call logged, every follow-up tracked, and every lead status updated.
- Provide weekly activity reports covering dials, conversations, emails sent, leads qualified, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the team to refine pitch scripts, objection handling, and outreach messaging based on prospect feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B cold calling, preferably targeting US or international markets.
- Clear, confident spoken English with strong comprehension of American business communication norms.
- Proven track record of maintaining high call volumes and handling rejection — cold calling is mentally demanding, and we need someone who thrives on it.
- Comfort working US time zone hours (evening/night shift IST).
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, activity logging, and reporting.
- Proficiency with RingCentral for making and receiving VoIP calls, managing voicemail, and using call recording features.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good to Have:
- Background in hospitality, hotels, real estate, construction, or the FF&E industry.
- Understanding of hotel renovation cycles, PIP requirements, and brand-approved FF&E programs.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info, or similar lead generation tools.
- Previous experience in a startup or small team environment where resourcefulness matters more than process.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Straight Talk. Our outreach is direct and honest — no fake praise, no bluffing. We tell prospects who we are, what we do, and why it matters to their project.
- Discipline Over Talent. Consistent daily effort beats occasional brilliance. Show up, dial, and follow up.
- Ownership. You own your pipeline, your numbers, and your results.
- Industry Curiosity. You should want to understand how hotel FF&E manufacturing works, the four triggers that create projects, and why execution and timing matter more than price.
- Tech-Savviness. You are comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems, calling platforms, and sales tools without hand-holding.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your resume and a short note (under 200 words) explaining why you are a good fit for this role. If you have cold calling metrics from a previous role — call volume, conversion rates, meetings booked, or deals influenced — include them. No generic cover letters.
