Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Procurement Executive with experience in manufacturing and industrial sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for supplier development, technical sourcing, procurement operations, cost optimization, quality control coordination, and vendor performance management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and develop suppliers for machining, fabrication, castings, pneumatics, electrical/electronic items, MRO, consumables, and standard parts.
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, negotiation, PO release, delivery tracking, and payment follow-up.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T for manufacturing process planning.
- Perform cost estimation and should-cost analysis for part development.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and ensure zero-defect delivery standards.
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Drive supplier development initiatives, CAPA closure, and root cause analysis.
- Work on PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plans, inspection methods, gauges, and fixture concepts.
- Ensure OTIF delivery and support project execution activities.
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for smooth procurement operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Experience in technical sourcing and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of QC tools, PFMEA, PFD, and Control Plans.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
