Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, partners, and existing databases.
Explain payday loan features, eligibility, repayment terms, interest rates, and charges.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Qualify leads and assist customers in completing the loan application process.
Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursal.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for:
Calls made
Lead conversion
Loan applications
