Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project dashboards, and status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Support billing processes by coordinating with finance, procurement, and project teams.
- Track project progress against schedules and milestones, highlighting delays and risks.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, reports, and correspondence.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
