Senior HR Executive
Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR activities, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Coordinate training programs and track employee learning and development.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring and manpower requirements.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
