Company Overview- Krishna Industries is a leading lead refinery in India, specializing in processing scrap lead-bearing materials to produce refined lead ingots.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the 3-stage production process: Bhatti (Furnace), Rotary Furnace, Pot (Refining)
- Oversee shift management across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Plan and schedule production based on material availability
- Manage inventory and material flow using FIFO system
- Supervise shift supervisors, furnace operators, and floor workers
- Monitor and record production data using MS Excel and spreadsheets
Work Style
- This is a mixed role — part desk work on laptop, part factory floor supervision
- You will spend time both at your workstation managing data and on the production floor with your team
Requirements
- Production planning and scheduling experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheets
- Hindi fluency and functional English
- Candidate must have their own laptop

Salary: Rs 1,40,000 to 2,40,000 per annum
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
