Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist with experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing backup and monitoring services, supporting cloud infrastructure, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and vendors. and cloud providers, and assisting in infrastructure projects and technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage and support Bank Backup and Enterprise Monitoring (EMS) operations.
- Coordinate and support internal teams and other cloud service providers for infrastructure support.
- Support Business Development team in RFP technical evaluation and infrastructure sizing.
- Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure for internal and external projects.
- Coordinate infrastructure implementation, operations, and support activities.
- Monitor infrastructure alerts and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, Admin, and Finance for project and operational requirements.
