- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires (issuing offer letters and arranging orientation). [1, 2, 3]
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing monthly attendance and leave data, supporting salary processing, and managing benefits like health insurance, Provident Fund (PF), and Gratuity. [1, 2, 3]
- Employee Relations & Policies: Updating the employee handbook, enforcing labor laws, mediating workplace conflicts, and handling grievances. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Performance & Training: Administering performance appraisal cycles and tracking employee training and development programs. [1, 2]
- Offboarding: Managing exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring full-and-final settlements. [1, 2, 3]
- Office Operations & Facilities: Managing utilities (electricity, internet, water), overseeing janitorial and security staff, and handling office supplies. [1, 2]
- Asset Management: Tracking and maintaining company assets like laptops, furniture, and office vehicles. [1, 2]
- Travel & Event Management: Organizing logistics for business travel, booking accommodations, and coordinating corporate events or team-building activities. [1, 2]
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers. [1, 2]
